The hotel offers spacious rooms that are incredibly comfortable and of good size, although lacking a TV in the sitting area. The service, while reasonably helpful, can improve in enthusiasm. The location is perfect for exploring the town, conveniently located opposite the waterfall. The dining experience is good, especially during live music nights, but could use a refresh. The facilities are well-maintained and add value to the stay.
The hotel was not like the photos on the booking site, but my stay was nice despite the room being really hot overnight. The room had everything we needed, from a hairdryer and toiletries to bottled water, a beautiful floral arrangement, and dressing gown with slippers for the spa. However, it lacked tea/coffee making facilities and a safe, which are essential for travelers, as well as a fridge.
The hotel rooms were actually nicer and more spacious than expected, but lacked some essential amenities like a safe and a fridge, making it feel like a 2-star motel. The service was reasonably helpful, with a willingness to accommodate dietary needs, but lacked enthusiasm. The location was convenient, directly across from the local hot spring baths, although the nearby attractions need renovation. The dining experience was rated as spectacular, offering the best meals during the stay.
